Please Note :

1. All above rates are in Ngultrum and subject to 10% Bhutan Sales Tax and 10% Service charge.
2. The indicated room rates are on a per night basis.
3. Maximum of 3 guests above 12 years will be permitted to stay in the same room, with an extra bed as per charges indicated above.

Child Policy :

1. Children below 12 years can stay free in the room. No extra bed will be provided.
2. For 2 children below 12 years staying in 1 room, cost of extra bed will be charged.
3. Children above 12 years will be treated as adults and charged accordingly.
4. The hotel reserves the right to validate the age of the child if deemed necessary.

Cancellation :

1. Cancellation prior to 30 days of check in: 25% of the total accommodation / package amount.
2. Cancellation within 30 days of check in: 50% of the total accommodation / package amount.
3. No show: 100% of the total accommodation / package amount.
4. No refunds will be given for early departure or late check in.

Booking and Payment Policy :

1. Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas is complimentary.
2. Guests are offered a complimentary non-alcoholic welcome drink and warm or cold towel at the time of check in.
3. 2 bottles of complimentary mineral water is provided in each room per day.
4. All rooms have complimentary Tea / Coffee set up (Electric kettle/tea/coffee/whitener/sugar).
5. All rooms are fitted with an LCD TV, room heater and hair dryer.
6. Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
7. At the time of check in, Indian nationals are required to produce the government approved photo identity card and valid travel permit while all other nationalities are required to produce their Passport and valid Visa.
8. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the Hotel's property or structure.

Booking and Payment Policy :

The Hotel has both smoking and non-smoking rooms. ​Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel as well as smoking rooms. There will be a $200 fee for thorough cleaning services charged to any non-smoking room that has been smoked in to restore it back to its original condition.
