Hikkaduwa at a Glance

Hikkaduwa is the island's most developed beach resort and has a wide range of accommodation, good restaurants and pleasant cafe-lined beaches. For those interested in the sea, it is at its best for diving and snorkelling from November to March when the visibility is generally good.
