The most convenient route to Redang Island is by air from Singapore or Kuala Lumpur. Berjaya Air operates a daily flight from both Singapore and Kuala Lumpur to Redang Airport. It takes around 1 hour from Kuala Lumpur to Redang by air.

Sunrise and Sunset

Sunrise is something not to be missed when you are at Redang islands. The best option is to charter a boat or sign up for a sunset cruise to catch a sunset as there are no resorts located on the western side of Redang. You can have a breath-taking view of Sunrise, provided the weather is good with clear sky.

Snorkelling

Young children, the elderly and even non-swimmers can enjoy snorkelling in Redang Island. You just have to put on a lifejacket and a mask and you can snorkel and jump into the water. There will be snorkelling guides accompanying snorkelers to ensure the site is safe and free from currents. There are some nice snorkelling sites, with great corals and jelly fishes which attracts tourists.
