Sevilla Santa Justa Station is on the eastern edge of Seville city centre. High-speed AVE train service in Spain connects these two cities.
It is a harmonious complex in a typical regional revival style. The red brick structure is decorated with colourful painted ceramic tiles. Two tall towers at each end are connected to a central structure by a long colonnaded gallery. Its curved facade follows the contours of a semi-circular plaza with a large central fountain.
The Seville Cathedral is the biggest Gothic cathedral in the world and has 80 chapels. Its central nave rises to an awesome 42 metres and even the side chapels seem tall enough to contain an ordinary church. The total area covers 11,520 square metres. Its a must visit when you are at Seville.
There are plenty of ceramic shops. Some unusual handbags made of small wooden tiles with Chinese-style flower designs, pottery and ironwork are also available.
Francos has a good selection of shops selling Flamenco dresses. A wide variety of flower, combs, jewellery, shawl, bag, fan and shoes can be availed.
You will see shops packed with bags of every shape, size and colour. The price depends on the size, fabric and quality of the embroidery.
