Road

The Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok is about 120 kilometres away from Pattaya. It is one and a half hour drive from the Capital city. U-Tapao Airport is located 30 kilometres away from Pattaya at Sattahip and offers limited connectivity to a handful of destinations. One can also hire private cars to drive between the two cities.

In another section, Ripley's World of Entertainment offers a Motion Master Theatre, complete with flight simulator technology.

It’s a miniature city, offering replicas of sacred places and important historical sites around Thailand. Those who want to travel around the world in a limited time, must visit the ‘Mini World’ where replicas of world like the Tower Bridge, Eiffel Tower, the Statue of Liberty and Trevi Fountain are displayed in miniature format.

Coral Island

Pattaya is well known for its variety of leisure activities, particularly its opportunities for water sports. Offshore there are several tropical islands, fringed with palms and surrounded by sparkling sea. This excursion takes us to the largest of the islands, KohLan. Alcazar show

The Alcazar has been around since the early 1980's and it has grown from its humble beginnings, into an internationally renowned cabaret production. Perhaps the shaky start was due to the fact the female performers were all really males and the idea might have been misinterpreted. But the Alcazar is a class act, which puts on extravaganzas suitable for all members of the family and is particularly popular with Asian audiences. Dazzling sets, colourful costumes and a state of the art light and sound system highlight the artistry of the performers. After the performance you may take photographs with all the men disguised as girls.

Crocodile Farm

This park and farm is located about 15 minutes away from Pattaya. You can find thousands of crocodiles living in shady natural surroundings, giant catfish, Thepha fish, horses, cows, crocodiles etc. The intelligent albino bear will surely amaze you. Elephants, camels, lions, tigers, bears, several species of deer are some other animals to watch out for.

This hypermarket is where one can bargain well and get pretty clothes, accessories and souvenirs as well as household items at very reasonable prices. The market remains open from 0900 hours in the morning till midnight every day.

Naklua Sunday Market

This is an open-air local market located in North Pattaya. One can find many useful personal and household items, electronic goods, fresh food, clothes, pretty bags, DVDs and more at throw-away prices at this market. The market is open every Sunday.
