Jurong Bird Park

This Bird park is home to the colours of the world as Asia’s largest bird park. With a collection of more than 5,000 birds across 400 species, Jurong Bird Park is located at the west end of Singapore. It gives the visitors an opportunity to meet and interact with the feathered residents of the park. You can enjoy the High Flyer’s Show and Kings of the Sky’s Show. Chat with the Amazon parrot who shows off his human emotions by laughing, crying and singing a song. You will also get a chance to feed the birds yourself.

Singapore Zoo

This zoo follows the modern trend of displaying animals in naturalistic, open exhibits with hidden barriers and glass between the animals and visitors. Activities like breakfast with orang-utan, holding tiger cubs, holding python etc. (all chargeable) let the visitors to meet and interact closely with the members of the zoo. The 28 hectares zoo has a lot to offer.

Night Safari

The night safari is the world’s first nocturnal zoo and is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Singapore. Your eyes will take a while to adjust to the darkness here, but once they do, you will be greeted by over 2,500 resident animals from over 130 species. Animals are separated from visitors with natural barriers, rather than cages. Cultural performances are a regular feature which includes tribal dances, blowpipe demonstrations and fire eating displays.

It’s a giant observation wheel with an overall height of 165 metres. The wheel consists of 28 air-conditioned capsules and each capsule is capable of holding 28 passengers.
