Petronas Twin Tower

The Petronas Twin Towers is inspired by Tun Mahathir Mohammad’s vision for Malaysia to be a universal participant. Batu cave has a series of caves and cave temples in the Gombak district, 13 kilometres north of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its main attraction is the large statue of the Hindu God at the entrance, Besides that there is a steep 272 climb up steps to finally view the stunning skyline of the city centre.

Kuala Lumpur Tower

Standing at a height of 421 metres, the Kuala Lumpur tower is the fifth tallest tower in the world. Its construction was completed in March 1991. The tower contains an observation desk and a revolving restaurant which provides a panoramic view of the city.

Kuala Lumpur Bird Park is the world’s largest free flight walk in aviary, located in Kuala lumpur lake gardens. It is home to more than 3000 birds with more than 200 different species of birds, both local and imported. The park is divided into 4 zones where zone 1 and 2 are the free flight zone, where the birds are let free in their natural habitat, zone 3 is Hornbill Park and in zone 4 different birds are kept in separate cages and aviaries.

National Mosque

Masjid Negara or The National Mosque is located in Kuala Lumpur. It was built in 1965 and has a capacity to hold upto 15,000 people. The best feature of the mosque is the 73 meters high minarets and 16 pointed star concrete, which is the main roof. The roof was inspired from an open umbrella while the minarets are like folded umbrella.

Thean Hou Temple

The Thean Hou temple was built by the Hainanese in order to immortalize the goddess of Thean Hou. It is one of the largest Chinese temples in southeast Asia. It officially opened on 3rd September 1989. It’s a perfect place to sit down in peace and relax with the magnificent view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline.

Aquaria KLCC

Conveniently located in Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC) in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the Aquaria is an Underwater Park which is the home to more than 20,000 aquatic and land animals from all over the world. The Oceanarium possesses a 90-metre transparent tunnel with a moving walkway which takes the visitors past Sand Tiger sharks, Giant Stingrays, Marine turtles and shoals of other fishes.

Sunway Lagoon

Sunway Lagoon is an amusement park in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, opened on April 23, 1993. This park has the world’s largest wave pool measuring 139,800 sq ft. The major attraction of the park being more than 80 rides including the Giant Water Slide, Twin Speed Slide, Waterfall Garden, Lagoon Express. More attractions other than the water park are the wildlife park, Extreme Park, Scream Park.
