Terms and conditions :

1. 10% BST (Bhutan Sales Tax) and 5% Service charge will be applicable
2. The published rate will not include breakfast
3. Extra bed: Nu.1000++
4. Promotional rates are available
5. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice

Book and Pay Policy :

• 30%advance of total invoice to secure booking
• 80%advance of total invoice by 75 days before check in date
• 100%payment of total invoice by 30 days before check in date

Hotel Cancellation Policy :

• 50%cancellation charge if canceled 75 days before arrival
• 100%cancellation charge if canceled 30 days arrival and early departure/ check out
• All reservations must be in writing
• Full payment for confirmed bookings

Hotel Occupancy Policy :

• Double room= One King size bed
• Twin room= Two Twin size beds
• Maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child with bed + 1 child without extra bed
• Child with Bed: Children above the age of 8 years are required to have an extra bed
• Child without Bed: Children who are 8 years and below do not require extra bed
