Travel to Zuluk (Sikkim) and experience the eye-catching zig-zag path - The Zuluk Loop

Dzuluk or Zuluk is a small hamlet located at an altitude of about 10,000 ft on the rugged terrain of the lower Himalayas in East Sikkim offers pleasant weather during most of the year. The summer temperature would be near 20 °C (68 °F). The winter may see snowfall in the area of about 3-5 feet (0.91-1.52 m) of snow. It is fast emerging as a new tourist destination. Dzuluk is surrounded by wild forest. It derives its tourism importance due to the excellent view of the eastern Himalayan mountain range including the Kanchenjunga. Sighting of Deer, Wild Dog, Himalayan Bear the red panda is not very uncommon. A variety of birds can also be seen. During the summer months, the area and its surrounding hills are covered with thousands of blooming rhododendrons. This small village have a population of around 700 people. The main attraction of Zuluk is its eye-catching zig-zag path, which is also called Zuluk loop. October and mid-April to June end would be the ideal time to travel on Silk route (Zuluk).
