*Rates are subject to 10% Bhutan Sales Tax & 10% Service Charge. (++)

*Rates quoted are in USD & based on single/double occupancy.

*Maximum of two adults & a child below the age of 11 years permitted per room without extra bed.

*50% Discount on Meals for Children between 6-11 years of Age. Meals are Complimentary for Children up to 5 years of Age.

*Prevailing exchange rates in local currency will apply for guest making payment in NGULTRUM.

*Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.

*One room complimentary for every 10 rooms (season/offseason).

*Normal check in time is 2.00 pm & check out time is 12:00 pm.

*Request for early check in may be considered depending on room availability.

*Request for late checkout till 2:00 pm may be considered depending on room availability.

*Late checkout between 2:00 pm- 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of room tariff & 100% beyond 6:00 pm.

*3.5% Additional Transaction Amount would be applicable on the total bill, in case of settlement through International VISA or Master Card.

Reservation & Cancellation policy

*50% non-refundable deposit will be charged on confirmation of room.

*Full deposit must be made 30 days prior to check in. Rooms will not be held if full deposit is not made.

*Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to check in will incur 100% cancellation fee.

*No show or early departures will be charged in full.
