Room Rates valid from January 1 to December 31, 2019

Terms and Conditions :

1. 10% BST (Bhutan Sales Tax) and 10% Service charge will be applicable.
2. The published rate WILL INCLUDE breakfast.
3. Extra bed: USD 90++.
4. Promotional rates may be available.
5. Hotel reserves the right to change the rates without prior notice.

• Rates quoted are in USD & based on single/double occupancy.
• Maximum of two adults & one child below the age of 11 years permitted per room without extra bed.
• 50% Discount on Meals for Children between 6-11 years of Age. Meals are Complimentary for Children up to 5 years of Age.
• Extra Bed Charges 90 USD ++ on MAP AND 65 USD on CP Basis.
• Prevailing exchange rates in local currency will apply for guest making payment in Ngultrum’s.
• Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• One room complimentary for every 10 rooms (season/offseason).

Check In& Check Out Policy :

• Normal check in time is 2.00 pm & check out time is 12:00 pm.
• Request for early check in may be considered depending on room availability.
• Request for late checkout till 2:00 pm may be considered depending on room availability.
• Late checkout between 2:00 pm- 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of room tariff & 100% beyond 6:00 pm.
• 3.5% Additional Transaction Amount would be applicable on the total bill, in case of settlement through International Vis or Master Card.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy :

• 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged on confirmation of room.
• Full deposit must be made 30 days prior to check in. Rooms will not be held if full deposit is not made.
• Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to check in will incur 100% cancellation fee.
• No show or early departures will be charged in full.
